Product Overview
The oil immersed transformer 630KVA developed and produced by our company has the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy saving effect and reduce pollution. Compared with the ordinary oil-immersed transformer, the fully-sealed transformer eliminates the oil storage tank, the oil volume change is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank, the transformer is isolated from the air, prevents and slows down the deterioration of the oil and insulation aging, enhances the operation reliability, and the normal operation is maintenance-free.
Product characteristics
1. The transformer core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current, and binds the core to ensure the firmness of the core and reduce noise.
2. The high and low voltage winding is wound with oxygen-free copper, the low voltage winding is 500kVA and below using double-layer cylinder structure, the 630kVA and above using foil coil, and the high voltage winding is using multi-layer cylinder structure.
3. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.
4. The transformer is fully sealed structure, extending the service life, free lifting center, free maintenance. 5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard.
